An Equal Share

Have you ever fought with your siblings over an unfair share of food? Well, our game is just about that. Step into the role of a parent trying to satisfy your two children wanting a bigger portion, and your goal is to minimize the difference as much as possible because you love them both!! :)

After the division, both shares are weighted through a scale to see if you got it exactly or close to half.

The concept of the game came from the Tagalog phrase hating kapatid (pronounced as hah-thing kahpahtid). It is used to describe the equal sharing among siblings.

The original plan was to add multiple different containers to make division harder for the player and multiple food materials in one round, like milk and cereal. Unfortunately the game isn't even balanced or tested much cause we barely made it in time.

Although the game is really short and isn't as polished as we would've wanted, we hope you at least like the idea!!
